Travel Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) - Ashland, WI
This opportunity is for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in a virtual setting. The position requires a candidate with experience working within Wisconsin and a thorough understanding of the state's processes for special education services. This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week, and involves travel to support schools as needed. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored specifically for virtual learning environments.Providing both direct instruction and consultative services based on the requirements outlined in each student's IEP.Collecting and documenting data on student progress toward achieving their IEP goals to ensure measurable outcomes.Participating actively in virtual IEP meetings and maintaining compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) regulations.
