This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, storing, staging, tracking, and distributing construction materials and equipment to field crews.\nCandidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of industrial warehouse experience, strong material handling experience, and a current OSHA 10 certification. Experience in data centers, industrial construction, power generation, manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, refineries, or similar heavy industrial environments is preferred.\n\n*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*\n\n* Receive, unload, inspect, count, and document incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.\n* Verify deliveries against packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, and material documentation.\n* Report damaged, missing, overage, or incorrect materials to supervision.\n* Label, organize, store, and maintain materials in designated warehouse and laydown areas.\n* Stage and distribute materials to electrical, mechanical, piping, and other field crews.\n* Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking records, including material check-in/check-out.\n* Safely load and unload delivery trucks and use proper material handling techniques.\n* Operate pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and other approved material handling equipment.\n* Operate forklifts when properly trained, certified, and authorized.\n* Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of material discrepancies.\n* Protect materials and equipment from weather, moisture, dirt, impact, and other potential damage.\n* Support equipment and material preservation activities as required.\n* Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and laydown areas.\n* Coordinate with warehouse supervision, logistics, procurement, and field leadership to ensure materials are available when needed.\n* Follow all project-specific safety procedures, PPE requirements, and participate in safety meetings and JSA/JHA activities.\n\n*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*\n\n* 4+ years of industrial warehouse experience - REQUIRED.\n* Material handling experience - REQUIRED.\n* OSHA 10 certification - REQUIRED.\n* Previous experience in industrial construction or a heavy industrial environment.\n* Experience receiving, storing, staging, tracking, and issuing construction materials.\n* Ability to read packing slips, shipping documents, bills of lading, and material lists.\n* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and material accountability.\n* Ability to safely operate standard warehouse and material handling equipment.\n* Effective communication with supervisors, field personnel, vendors, and delivery drivers.\n* Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime and weekends when required by project demands.\n\n*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*\n\n* Previous data center construction experience.\n* Forklift certification and operating experience.\n* Experience using electronic inventory or material management systems.\n* Experience handling electrical, mechanical, piping, HVAC, or other industrial construction materials.\n* Experience with industrial equipment preservation and manufacturer storage requirements.\n\n*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*\n\n* Ability to work in warehouse, laydown yard, and active construction environments.\n* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and climb.\n* Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\n* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.\n* Ability to wear all required PPE throughout the work shift.\n\n*WORK ENVIRONMENT*\nThis position operates within an active data center construction environment and requires close coordination with warehouse personnel, construction supervision, delivery drivers, and multiple skilled-trade crews.
