Decompose top-level mission requirements into detailed subsystem specifications using technical tools like IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (DOORS) and Microsoft Visio. Create and execute complex verification matrices to ensure new and updated requirements meet rigorous operational standards. Champion formal Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), including System Requirements Reviews (SRR) and System Verification Reviews (SVR). Manage critical Interface Control Documents (ICDs), interconnect block diagrams, and box-level functional interfaces for the P-8 baseline.What You'll Need At least 2 years of professional experience specifically within aircraft systems engineering or aerospace design environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or data-driven Engineering Science. Proficiency in architectural modeling and requirements management software, such as IBM DOORS, Microsoft Visio, and the MS Office Suite. U.S. Citizenship and the active ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
