If you want to be part of a growing team with a great culture that provides lucrative earning potential, this is the place for you!Residential Plumber Compensation & Benefits$80,000-175,000 annual earnings on a performance-based compensation planHealth (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) + company match40 hours of PTO + 48 hours of Sick Time Off6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday monthCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany-paid cell phone and tabletResidential Plumber ResponsibilitiesRespond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergenciesInstall, repair, and maintain residential structures' pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out - keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials usedPerform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systemsProvide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on timeBuild and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both leadership and peersCarry out readings on machines with a full understanding of the implications of such readingsCollaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team membersResidential Plumber Preferred Qualifications2+ years of residential plumber experienceExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsResidential Plumber Requirements1+ years of residential plumbing experienceWillingness to undergo a background checkValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to regularly lift 100 lbs. throughout the course of the workdaySchedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. Rotating on-call shifts.
