Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $17.56 Position Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and personnel.Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming office experience.Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes as needed.Create, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.Maintain and organize both electronic and paper filing systems.Scan, copy, print, and manage office documentation.Coordinate small meetings, employee events, training sessions, and team activities.Assist with general office administration and special projects as assigned.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information. Qualifications RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED.Previous administrative, office support, receptionist, or customer service experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a professional office environment. PreferredAssociate degree or additional administrative training.Experience supporting multiple departments or leadership teams.Experience scheduling meetings and maintaining office records.
