FMC is searching for talented, self‑motivated professionals to work in a free‑thinking culture creating the next gen premium entry EVs with the highest autonomous technologies at our Santa Clara, CA facility.\n\nJob Description\nThermal Engineer; Component Development is responsible for the development of key components for electric vehicle thermal system, including electric compressor, high voltage heater, refrigerant and coolant valves. The engineer will work with thermal system engineer, test engineers and suppliers to develop key components to become the benchmark of automotive industry. The main role of Thermal Engineer; Component Development is to define functional and performance targets, supply chain strategy, resolve issue and optimize thermal components for weight/cost while satisfying program milestones.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead development of HV compressor, HV heater and valves for refrigerant & coolant.
