Position Overview\nThe Assembler is responsible for building agricultural drones at a cellular assembly station in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. The Assembler ensures each unit is built accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role plays a critical part in our production process and the overall quality of our product. The pay scale is based on prior experience and a tier system that is built to help you grow and advance in your career. The schedule of this position is 4, 10 hour shifts weekly.\n3. Key Responsibilities\nAssemble agricultural drones at a designated cellular assembly station in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.\nFollow all steps of the assembly process accurately and consistently to meet production targets.\nMaintain accountability for all tools, equipment, and parts assigned to the workstation\nPerform regular inventory checks using established checklists to ensure parts and components are properly stocked and accounted for.\nIdentify and report any missing, damaged, or defective parts or components to a supervisor.\nAdhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.\nKeep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.\nParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReport any assembly issues, discrepancies, or quality concerns to the appropriate team lead or supervisor in a timely manner.\n4. Qualifications\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nBasic mechanical aptitude.\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment\nFamiliarity with hand tools and basic assembly equipment\nExperience following SOPs or standardized work instructions\n5. Physical Requirements\nMust be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.\nMust be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.\n6. Training\nNo prior drone or aerospace experience is required — we will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.\n7.
