This position requires the flexibility to work in food preparation, packaging, cashiering and fulfilling beverage orders.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAssist the Café Manager and/or Lead in ensuring that Food and Beverage items are prepared and served according to recipes and Company standards.\r\nProvide exceptional guest service.\r\nClean and maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all \"First Guest Fresh\".\r\nWork individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner.\r\nAdhere to Company recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures.\r\nComplete all required food and safety logs in a timely and efficient manner.\r\nObtain ServSafe and/or State Food Handler Certification.\r\nBe available to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts as requested.\r\nAdhere to Company Cash Handling Procedures.\r\nUnderstand Company's Environmental & Quality commitments and systems.\r\nFollow all Health and Safety standards, policies, and initiatives.\r\nComplete assigned duties, checklists and other tasks as assigned.\r\nPosition Requirements\r\nKnowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation and commercial kitchen equipment\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way\r\nMajority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people\r\nAbility to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required\r\nKnowledge and Experience\r\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.
