We take pride in creating stable career opportunities while investing in training and long-term growth.Position OverviewAs an Electrical Helper / Top Helper with Spratlin Electric, you will support licensed electricians and supervisors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial facilities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to continue developing their skills in the electrical trade while working in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildingsPull wire, set device boxes, and assist with conduit installation and bendingPerform basic electrical terminations under supervisionHelp troubleshoot electrical issues and support the implementation of safe, code-compliant solutionsRead and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteFollow all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policiesWork collaboratively with project managers, electricians, and other trades to support project schedulesQualifications1–3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work (Top Helper level) Entry-level helpers with relevant construction experience may also be consideredBasic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practicesAbility to pull wire, assist with conduit work, and perform electrical tasks under supervisionWillingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and experienced electriciansAbility to read basic electrical drawings and layoutsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work as part of a team and maintain effective communication on the jobsiteReliable transportation and consistent attendanceBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceRetirement planEmployee discount programsProfessional development, training, and advancement opportunitiesSpratlin Electric Contracting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
