We can't wait to meet you!QualificationsCommunication Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal skills (C1 level min) Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.Basic Experience: Practical experience in bookkeeping, basic accounting, or general administrative support.Software Familiarity: Comfortable using standard accounting platforms (like QuickBooks Online or Xero) and basic spreadsheets.Great organizational skills, high honesty, and strong attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Data Entry: Record and classify daily financial transactions and business expenses into our system.Account Tracking: Help monitor and match bank and credit card statements with business receipts.Invoices & Bills: Help manage billing pipelines, follow up on pending client invoices, and organize vendor payments.Document Organization: Maintain a clean, digital folder structure for all company receipts, invoices, and financial records.What We OfferFully remote Position!
