Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Installation, configuration, operation, maintenance and create / update system package artifacts for Tactical AV located in Hawaii.\n* Voice over IP (VoIP) systems\n* Video conferencing systems\n* Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions\n* Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking\n* Voice and video network architecture\n* Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) management\n* Security and compliance for unified communications systems\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years’ of practical experience in voice and video management\n* Five (5+) years’ experience in unified communications, with a focus on voice and video systems.\n* Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.\n* Experience with video conferencing systems, including Cisco TelePresence and Ploycom RealPresence.\n* Familiarity with unified communications platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Microsoft Skype for Business.\n* Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.\n* Experience with QoS and QoE management tools, including Cisco QoS and NetIQ.\n* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n* CCNP Voice or CCIE Voice certification.\n* CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration certification.\n* Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Skype for Business.\n* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching.\n* Preferred: 7+ years’ experience in Video Audio engineering environment management.\n* Preferred: DoD 8570 / 8140 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required.\n* Preferred: Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified.\n* Preferred: Cloud certified.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\n* Must be able to lift 25 pounds\n* Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\n* Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nThe pay scale for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000.\n\n_*Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
