In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, generating accurate quotes, and closing sales. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and prospects while working closely with internal operations and business development teams to drive revenue.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Support & Consultation: Serve as a dedicated point of contact to address inquiries, communicate product specifications, and help customers identify the best solutions for their project needs.\nQuoting & Order Processing: Provide fast, accurate information regarding product availability, specifications, and pricing; prepare and deliver competitive sales quotes.\nAccount & Pipeline Management: Engage in heavy daily email and online inventory management. Contact prospects via phone to qualify leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.\nTeam & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with support, account management, and business development teams to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery.\nMarket Awareness & Reporting: Stay current on industry trends and product developments.
