The role also involves managing risks, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and contract oversight.In addition, the Director leads and develops teams, supports hiring and performance management, and strengthens collaboration between office and field staff. Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development are essential to ensure project success and satisfaction. The role promotes safety compliance, quality control, and adoption of construction technologies like Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong construction expertise and financial acumen.
