{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f26bf0342e3de1b47ba94fe3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f26bf0342e3de1b47ba94fe3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f26bf0342e3de1b47ba94fe3","title":"Technical Project Manager/Analyst","description":"JRAD is seeking candidates for multiple immediate-fill Technical Project Manager/Analyst positions supporting the Transportation Security Administration.\n\nRoles/Responsibilities:\nProject Manager with IT related projects expertise to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).\nPlan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.\nWork with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership regularly.\nTrack project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).\nProvide project management support to monitor, evaluate, and correlate information related to conducting site surveys or site verifications for installing IT equipment at disperse locations.\nCoordinate with TSA Government project managers and airport IT infrastructure managers for access to facilities to prior to installing IT equipment at airports across the United States.\nPrepare and update schedules, status reports, power point briefings pertaining to tracking site survey and verification teams from airports across the United States.\nReport project status using EVM metrics.\n\nRequired Skills and Education:\nCandidate must possess the following:\nBachelor's degree.\n5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT systems implementation.\nPMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are a plus.\nProficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar.\nExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nTechnical background or the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.\nPreference for past DHS/TSA IT hardware installation experience.\nCandidate must work independently and be available for travel 50-75% of the time.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing remote or distributed teams.\nITIL Foundation or other relevant IT operations certifications\nAirport-specific certifications (ACI, ICAO, or local aviation authority) are a plus.\nExperience working in secure, regulated environments (aviation, transportation, or government) preferred.\n\nSecurity Clearance:\nCandidate must:\nBe able to pass DHS suitability screening or DHS financial responsibility standards.\nHave or be eligible to receive a DHS Secret security clearance.
