You will provide data-driven recommendations to management and support Operations with reporting, workforce planning, budgeting, and performance management.This fully remote role combines data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business communication. You will work with data from multiple systems to evaluate productivity, staffing requirements, overtime, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.## Key Responsibilities* Gather, validate, and analyze data for internal Operations performance reporting and communications.* Analyze lost productivity across BPO vendors and estimate related budget impacts.* Analyze interval call-volume data and productivity risks.* Recommend short-term staffing and scheduling changes to improve operational efficiency.* Own and publish monthly agent performance scorecards.* Track overtime from productivity and budget perspectives.* Forecast expected monthly overtime expenses and staffing requirements.* Present weekly staffing changes and support determination of staffing needs.* Assist with labor requirement forecasting and recommend timing for staff additions based on historical trends.* Produce ad hoc reports to support Operations management decision-making.* Compile, manipulate, and analyze data across multiple systems and programs.* Present analytical findings and recommendations effectively to management.## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.* At least 3 years of overall data analysis experience.* Proven experience with SQL and data management or visualization tools.* Experience with SQL, including Snowflake.* Experience with R.* Experience with Looker.* Experience with Power BI.* Experience with Python.* Ability to mine, compile, manipulate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.* Ability to create effective presentations for management.## Preferred Qualifications* Experience analyzing operational performance and productivity data.* Experience with workforce or labor requirement forecasting.* Experience analyzing budgets, overtime, and staffing impacts.* Experience supporting BPO or vendor performance analysis.## Skills & Competencies* Data analysis and interpretation.* SQL and Snowflake.* R and Python.* Power BI and Looker.* Data visualization and reporting.* Forecasting and trend analysis.* Operational and workforce analytics.* Budget and productivity analysis.* Data validation and manipulation.* Business problem-solving.* Management reporting and presentations.* Data-driven decision-making.## Education & Experience* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of overall data analysis experience.## Work Arrangement & Schedule* **Location:** Portland, Oregon, USA.* **Work arrangement:** 100% Remote.## Compensation & Benefits* **Compensation:** USD, amount not specified in the source.## Compliance / Additional InformationThis role supports Operations management through data-driven reporting, staffing recommendations, productivity analysis, and forecasting.
