Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.\nPerform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.\nCreate and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.\nDevelop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.\nCollaboration & Compliance\nWork with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.\nRequired Experience and Skills:\n5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.\nStrong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.\nProficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.\nKnowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.\nCore Technical Skills\nSystem Setup & Integration\nUKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Policies).\nDevice setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).\nIntegration with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.\nData Management\nWorkforce Integration Manager (WIM) for imports/exports.\nSQL for custom queries and reporting.\nFunctional Knowledge\nLabor Management\nUnderstanding of compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and overtime rules.\nAbility to configure pay rules, rounding, and scheduling policies.\nOperational Expertise\nFamiliarity with distribution center workflows (shift patterns, break rules).\nPersona-based access configuration (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin).\nSoft Skills\nProject management and stakeholder communication.\nProblem-solving and analytical
