You will work in conjunction with your team to foster heightened customer experience and drive technical innovation in the managed services practice.Your ImpactThe essential functions of this position include:Support and maintenance of Azure production environmentsEnsuring availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure production systems via various monitoring, logging, and other toolsetsSystem troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.Support of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on Azure platform.Maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes.QualificationsExperience supporting customers deploying workloads in the public cloudAbility to troubleshoot complex, interdisciplinary public cloud technical issuesAbility to work in a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment with multiple engineering resources of varying skillsets and responsibilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of Customers across different verticalsFamiliar with cloud networking constructs such as Expressroute and VNETsExperience working in CI/CD pipelines to include tools such as Azure DevOpsKnowledge of operating system administration to include Linux and WindowsMicrosoft technologies to include Active Directory, SQL, Patch Management, Certificate Services, Cloud Identity to include Active Directory and Azure Active DirectoryCloud Security services to include Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Azure Firewall, Azure WAFKubernetes systems administrationExperience with application load testing and quality assurance activities1+ years of experience in deploying and supporting complex datacenter and/or public cloud environmentsEntry level public cloud related certification preferredPosition SpecificsThe initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $90,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
