If you’re looking for purposeful work, strong team culture, and the opportunity to grow while doing work that truly matters, we’d love to meet you.What You Will Do & What You Will BringAs a Program Manager in our Diagnostics business group, you will:Lead complex diagnostics and biomedical instrument development programs from early development through to commercialization, balancing technical, client and commercial priorities.Act as the senior day‑to‑day partner for clients, confidently managing multi‑stakeholder expectations and building trusted, long‑term relationships.Own program planning, execution and delivery, including schedules, budgets, scope, risk management and overall program performance.In addition, we require the following skills and experience:Significant experience leading complex, regulated life sciences, diagnostics or biomedical device development programs.A strong technical foundation, ideally with a science or engineering background and experience working closely with engineers and technical experts.Demonstrated experience managing the full Product Development lifecycle, from concept or feasibility through to commercial production.The ability to operate confidently with senior client stakeholders, balancing delivery excellence with commercial outcomes.Experience working within FDA‑regulated and international medical device quality systems (ISO 13485, IEC standards).What we offer:Along with a great team of people to work with and the opportunity to work on meaningful and challenging programs, we also offer a great Healthcare Benefits program, 401k matching, a comprehensive EAP, and various social clubs and events, just to name a few!Ready to Make a Difference?If you’re looking to join a company that does meaningful work and influences positive health outcomes, joining Invetech may be just the right opportunity for you.
