Open to Bay Area/LA or Austin, TXGaming Industry Experience RequiredThe Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Practice Portfolio in Experis accounts and ensures that all project deliverables are managed and delivered according to the statement of work or contract proposed. The Senior Engagement Manager contributes to the solution strategy, strategic relationship management and drives profitable growth in the account. Oversees a team of people to drive project and managed delivery solutions.Making an Impact• Responsible to identify and mitigate risks to the engagement or the account and escalate to Senior Leadership in the Practices organization.• Design and operationalize strategy for engagements. Drive growth and improve overall efficiency . Full project management including planning and execution, monitoring control of project financials, management of deliverables and ensuring ongoing continuous improvement for the client. Additionally is responsible for program expansion, strategic delivery and attendance at monthly and quarterly business reviews.• Develop, coach and lead a project team of engagement professionals that will delight the client and grow the account. Provide direction, and feedback to ensure quality performance and growth• Senior Engagement Managers is also responsible for reviewing proposals and statements of work provided by Competency Teams to provide the right methodology and processes to the engagement• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growthSharing Expertise• Leverage expertise in project management within Experis Practices to promote learning and development across team. Stay abreast of our Practice offerings.• Leverage expertise in project management within Experis project and managed services to promote learning and development across team. Demonstrates the ability to move actions towards positive outcomes even when the processes may be unclear or not defined.• Provide mentoring and oversight to Engagement Managers, delivery specialists, and consultants• Collaborate with Practice and Sales leadership to share customer insights and align growth strategyGaining Exposure• Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with hiring managers, client technology and business leaders, and consultants on assignment with client to drive program evolution and to pursue new opportunities to expand scope and services.• Manage the client and candidate relationship to address questions and escalations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Your Typical Day• Manage the client and candidate relationship to address questions and escalations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.• Manage delivery and risk utilizing best practices, processes and tools in alignment with Experis Delivery Excellence guidelinesQualifications - ExternalRequired• 7+ years implementing large scale ($500K+) technology projects and solutions• Has led at least 1 $1M+ project• Experience consulting portfolio of clients at senior leadership level• Experience leading project teams (project managers, consultants, technical experts)• High School DiplomaNice to Have• Education: Bachelor’s degree• Project management certification• Worked for a large, global, matrixed organizationManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
