In this role, you will assist in various project management support services. This individual will provide strategic program leadership across multiple agile product teams responsible for delivering Veteran-facing digital health experiences.\n\nThe Program Manager will oversee program execution, manage priorities and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of contract objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to government partners, delivery teams, and teaming partners while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery across the program. The position also leads recurring contract reporting, cross-collaborative programmatic tiger teams, product lifecycle governance, and overall program health in support of VA’s digital modernization initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead day to day program management activities supporting multiple agile product teams delivering Veteran facing digital health products\nServe as the primary point of contact for Government partners, subcontractors, and internal leadership\nManage integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies\nCoordinate execution across cross-functional product, engineering, design, research, analytics, and operations teams.\nFacilitate cross-team dependency management\nSupport product owners and delivery teams in planning sprint goals, release schedules, and long-term delivery roadmaps.\nOversee contract performance to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contract requirements\nDevelop and deliver recurring program reports and dashboards, including; Monthly Delivery & Monitoring Reports, Monthly Analytics Reports, Product Management Lifecycle updates, Documentation update reports\nTrack program health using key performance indicators, including schedule performance, risks, customer satisfaction, team velocity, analytics, and operational metrics\nCoordinate kickoff meetings, recurring stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and status reviews\nDevelop trusted relationships with VA leadership and communicate program status, accomplishments, risks, and mitigation strategies\nSupport financial planning, contract management, staffing forecasts, and budget tracking\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for program personnel\nSupervise project personnel while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement across delivery teams\nSupport workforce development, mentoring, and employee engagement initiatives\nContribute to business development efforts, including proposal reviews, technical volumes, staffing strategies, and past performance narratives\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned\nRequirements:\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in a related field\n8–10 years of project or program management experience supporting complex federal technology programs\n5+ years of experience leading multiple agile product teams supporting high-profile, user-facing digital products, preferably within healthcare or digital health environments\nExperience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), or other federal civilian agencies\nDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and contract performance\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and product lifecycle management\nExperience with GitHub and Mural\nExperience developing executive-level reports and performance metrics\nExceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels\nSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExperience managing staff and conducting performance reviews\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nAgile Project Management\nProgram & Portfolio Management\nRisk & Issue Management\nExecutive Stakeholder Engagement\nGovernment Contract Management\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nData-driven Program Reporting\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship\nChange Management\nStrategic Planning\n\nApply today to learn why IronArch Technology has been recognized as “Best Place to Work” for 9 years!\n\nIronArch Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
