SAAS Software Sales/Business Development Representative Asset Management industry
SalesFocus Solutions (www.sfsmars.com) is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven business development/sales representative. The position is responsible for understanding the MARS product and service offerings, value propositions, the asset management industry landscape, our competitive advantages, and formulating solution proposals that address the prospect’s business needs. Some of the position responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, prospecting through email campaigns and calls, qualifying prospects, and driving new business through the sales process, including providing presentations and demos of the MARS system and negotiating/closing software licensing and services agreements with C-level executives in the Asset Management Industry. Proven experience and track record of selling products and services, especially to C-level decision-makers in asset management organizations, particularly asset management firms, is essential.QualificationsProven experience and track record with selling software-related products and services, especially to C-level decision makers in asset management organizations;Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, performing product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing opportunities;Develop a thorough knowledge of the MARS product suite and services to be able to communicate value and benefits to prospective customers;Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the prospective customer’s needs;Strong product demonstration and presentation skills; must be able to demo the product suite and communicate the product features and business value to prospects;Proven track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities;Ability to independently direct activities to close business opportunities;Strong negotiating and closing skills;Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;Team player with a high degree of enthusiasm for technology sales;Keep abreast of the asset management industry and technology trendsAsset Management industry experience is essential;Excellent negotiation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;Knowledge of Distribution Intelligence challenges in the asset management industry is essential;Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirableExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;This is a remote position;
