Cashier/Customer Service

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Duties: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude - Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, promotions, and policies - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system - Multilingual skills are beneficial but not required Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly checkout area - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus - Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system - Multilingual skills are beneficial but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Commute: Paducah, KY 42001 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Paducah, KY 42001: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
