A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest in Chicago. Responsibilities - Conflicts Attorney Review and analyze conflicts reports to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest for new clients and business Conduct conflict analysis on lateral hires and provide summaries of potential conflict issues Draft conflict waivers and ensure compliance before opening new client matters Position Requirements - Conflicts Attorney Juris Doctorate (JD) Licensed in CA, IL, DC, or NY At least three (3) years of Conflicts Attorney work experience Knowledge of conflicts of interest software databases Experience with iManage or other document management software
