Manager, Partner Revenue OperationsAescape is building the next generation of automated massage and wellness technology. As we expand our partner network, we are looking for a Manager, Partner Revenue Operations to own the business and financial workflows that support our partner ecosystem. This role will report to the VP, Operations and manage the end-to-end business and financial lifecycle of partner transactions, including equipment sales, leasing payments, booking platform revenue settlements, revenue share agreements, and recurring service plans.You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Partner Success, Operations, and Product to drive process excellence, system reliability, and scalable revenue operations.What You'll DoAs a Manager, Partner Revenue Operations at Aescape, you will:Eliminate inefficiencies, standardize workflows and drive automation to improve speed and accuracy.Own sales operations data integrity within Salesforce, establishing validation standards, audit controls, and governance processes to ensure all deal, contract, and partner data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.Define and enforce clear handoff standards between Sales, Finance, and Operations at each stage of the revenue cycle to eliminate delays and errors.In collaboration with the Finance team, ensure the billing and collections for equipment sales, lease payments, and service plans.Oversee partner revenue share and booking platform settlements.Monitor partner accounts and manage payment issues or disputes.Improve business and financial workflow and identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage and automate process.Support finance and accounting teams with reporting and reconciliation.Preferred: Experience with hardware, marketplace, or subscription business models.What You'll Bring58 years experience in sales operations, billing operations, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B / B2C technology or hardware company.Strong experience with sales operations, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collectionsHands-on experience with business and finance systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, including CRM configuration, reporting, and data management.Experience with data warehouse systems (eg., Snowflake) and familiarity with SQL for querying and validation data across systems.Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing technology company.What's In It For YouJoin a trailblazing tech company anticipated to transform the massage industryThe chance to make a difference with a product that empowers healthier and happier livingTeam culture driven by passion, ambition, empowerment, inclusion, curiosity, and fun!We'll grow together your personal and professional growth are equally importantAn environment that empowers individuals, emboldens teams, and rewards achievementComplimentary massages in our NY HQ and our Partner locations!Medical, vision, and dental insurance covered by us401k with 4% company matchFlexible paid time off and a generous parental leave policy.Working late?
