This role serves as the primary on-site leader by supporting individuals served, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), coordinating daily operations, and helping ensure services are delivered safely and in compliance with Minnesota Rule 245D requirements.\nQualifications\nLeadership or supervisory experience in the human services field is preferred\nStrong communication, organization, and documentation skills\nAbility to pass a DHS background study\nValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance\nAbility to safely perform the essential physical function of the position, including assisting individuals served and responding to emergency situations when necessary\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the daily operations of assigned residential 245D programs, ensuring safe, consistent, and person-centered services.\nProvide on-site leadership, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).\nFacilitate on-site training and shadow shifts for new employees to promote confidence and success in their roles.\nAssist with implementation of individual support plans, outcomes, and positive support strategies.\nHelp maintain program structure through daily schedules, activities, and household routines.\nMonitor documentation and service delivery to support compliance with Minnesota Rule 245D.\nFoster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment through coaching, communication, and collaboration.\nCommunicate effectively with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and other members of each individual's support team.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation and provide leadership during emergencies, staffing challenges, and other program needs.\nUse sound judgment and problem-solving skills to support daily program operations and address challenges as they arise.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to coach and support employees in a constructive and professional manner\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to details\nAbility to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in changing situations\nCommitment to ethical practices, cultural responsiveness, and positive relationship building\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Anthurium Human Services, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
