As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve measurable value and long-term success with our SaaS platform Packwise Flow.You will act as a trusted advisor, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention while identifying opportunities to expand usage and deepen customer relationships.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term successDrive onboarding and adoption, enabling customers to fully leverage Packwise FlowBuild a deep understanding of customer processes and translate them into scalable platform use casesAnalyze customer data and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities and drive value realizationConduct regular business reviews, demonstrating ROI and defining next stepsProactively identify risks and ensure customer health and retentionCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experienceIdentify and support upsell and expansion opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer data and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot)Represent Packwise in customer meetings and virtual or on-site engagementsWHAT YOU BRING2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS environmentsStrong ability to build and manage customer relationships across different stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProactive, structured, and customer-centric approachExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)HOW TO APPLYTo apply, please send your résumé and a brief cover letter to jobs@packwise.io.
