Develop strong relationships that support your personal and professional growth.\n\nQualifications\n\nWhat you need to do the job:\n\nMust be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nRelevant coursework, projects, research, internships, hackathons, coding competitions, open-source contributions, or collaborative software development experience.\nFoundational proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or a comparable language.\nExposure to front-end, back-end, full-stack, application programming interface, database, cloud, testing, version control, or software development lifecycle concepts.\nFamiliarity with Git or another version control system and an interest in agile, collaborative development practices.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts, solve problems, learn new tools, and work effectively with technical and nontechnical partners.\nExposure to generative artificial intelligence tools used in software development, such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, is preferred.\nA GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nLocations: The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week working onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of the employee’s choice), and the option to work the remaining days remotely. Employees must be able to meet the onsite schedule.\n\nProgram Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week beginning May 24th, 2027.
