Implement, deploy, package, improve and maintain new intranet portal sites and SharePoint sites.\r\nCreate web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, site and user permissions, and data management.\r\nBuild workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Flows.\r\nDesign solutions to complex business processes to streamline and improve the performance, collaboration, and overall quality of the organization's operations.\r\nIdentify and troubleshoot problems, document deficiencies, research and evaluate fixes as they relate to the client facing side of SharePoint.\r\nEvaluate new and existing products available in our SharePoint instances to address new and evolving customer requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate.\r\nTrain users on deployed SharePoint features and functionalities implemented on our sites.\r\nQualifications:\r\nBachelor's Degree\r\nMicrosoft certification related to SharePoint technologies.\r\nMinimum years of related experience in a SharePoint developer and Site Owner role using SharePoint online/O365 and/or SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016, and working knowledge of UI/UX:\r\nJunior: 3 years of experience\r\nMid-level: 5 years of experience\r\nDesired Qualifications:\r\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint architecture patterns, Power Apps, Power Automate and Teams. Experience managing access to sensitive data using Microsoft 365 Groups.\r\nExcellent knowledge of UI/UX.\r\nProficient with SharePoint architecture patterns, Power Apps, Power Automate and Teams. Experience managing access to sensitive data using Microsoft 365 Groups. Proficient understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.\r\nExperience as a site collection administrator.
