Moving forward, our camera will play a transformative role in how people experience the world around them, combining what they see in the real world, with all that’s available to them in the digital world.\nWe’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team at Snap Inc!\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Technical Program Manager joining the Specs Software team, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to help deliver best-in-class features and software experiences for Snap’s next-generation AR devices.\nYou will coordinate cross-functional software projects, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of software components that power Snap’s hardware ecosystem. You’ll also support process improvements and communication flows across teams.\nAdditionally, you will:\nPartner with multiple teams developing AR and CV capabilities for end-users and developers to plan, track, and deliver high-quality software releases across technologies\nDrive execution of impactful cross-functional projects by creating schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies and escalating risks or blockers.\nFacilitate meetings, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and decisions.\nSupport cross-functional collaboration between hardware, firmware, and application software teams.\nIdentify and communicate program risks, propose mitigation plans, and follow through to resolution.\nHelp improve internal software development processes and project tracking methodologies.\nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, clear communication, and strong program discipline.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nSolid understanding of software development life cycles, tools, and release processes.\nLeverage AI to streamline workflows and build processes and tools that improve execution efficiency for engineering teams\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel with shifting priorities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and derive needed dependencies\nCollaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong execution mindset\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.\n3–5 years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or hardware organization.\nFamiliarity with agile development tools and processes.\nTravel locally and internationally as required to support software bring-ups and validation activities at manufacturing sites or partner facilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting programs in consumer electronics or hardware-software integration.\nProven experience with AR/VR software and platform integration is a plus.\nExperience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.\nKnowledge of project tracking and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).\n\nIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some\ninformation\n.\n\"Default Together\" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
