Contact us at 866-859-2825 or join@ampact.us.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nBe a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive\nSupport preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day\nTrack student progress and meet regularly with the school's onsite coach\nConduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software\nCommit to your own growth through coaching and training\nShare your experience with the community\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\nBy the time you begin your service with Early Learning Corps, you should be:\nDependable and have a history of good attendance\nAble to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback\nProficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)\nFluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing\n18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent\nA citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States\nAble to successfully complete a background check\n\nCompensation & Perks Package:\nSchedule\nWe are currently hiring for the 2026-27 school year. Positions run August 2026–June 2027.\n37.5 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days)\nDaytime hours (corresponding with school start and end times)\nMonday-Friday (no weekends)\nTime off on holidays and school release days\n\nPart-time positions are also available at 27.5 hours per week!\nAmeriCorps positions include a total service-hour commitment for the program year. Most hours are completed through regular site-based service; members work with program staff to plan their schedule and may occasionally complete approved service or training outside of the school day as needed.\n\nPay & Benefits\n\nFull-time AmeriCorps members receive a paycheck (stipend) every two weeks. Compensation: $17.94 per hour served and additional perks!
