If so, Conax is looking for an Associate IT System Admin to join our team!\nInfrastructure\nAssist with the provisioning and management of server hardware and software, virtualization, networking (WAN/LAN/wireless), storage, information security and data protection, print services, telephony and conferencing tools, and Active Directory and Office 365 services.\nSupport strategic IT projects with an emphasis on scripting, automation, and self-service solutions.\nSupport Conax IT development initiatives for new software services.\nMaintain inventory and documentation of our IT environment and participate in cross training of IT systems and procedures.\nSupport\nPerform helpdesk functions for on-site and remote Conax staff quickly and resolving issues from reoccurring.\nParticipate in ticket duty and on call rotation.\nAssist in the coordination of all end-user hardware and software upgrades effectively with an emphasis on planning ahead.\nEnterprise software systems\nAwareness of Conax business processes as they tie to ERP and understanding of ERP codes and data structures.\nAdministration of business reporting and business system data integration.\nAssist with business system routine processes.\nExemplifies core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer centric, and teamwork.\nSalary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates.
