Come join us in shaping the future of healthcare.About the RoleAs an Operations Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management, by working across the whole organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes. You will have end-to-end ownership - ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients and driving business metrics. This is an incredibly high-visibility, high-impact, high-autonomy role that will quickly expand to cover more and more emergent business problem areas. Successfully navigating and solving our hyper-growth challenges will lead to rapid growth in role and responsibility.All-in full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.What You'll DoBuild out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitabilityContribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environmentSolve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)Be responsible for owning key operational metrics, productivity is based off pushing metrics forward not timeEngage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teamsWhat You Have3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech companyB.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science from a top 20 universityAdvanced in SQL and Python, experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonusExperience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architectureAbility to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metricsDemonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of successComfort in Chaos: You are comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockersEntrepreneurial self-starter.
