Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift\nVerifies compliance of procedures and protocols\nAttends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation\nAssist the General Manager\nCoach and lead a team with no supervision\nInvolves himself in the operational and technical training of employees\nMaintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy\nVerifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints\nApplies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures\nOpen/close restaurant\nAssist with inventory (logging)\nAssist with staffing needs\nAssist with controllables and labor\nMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.\nFollows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience\nDemonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.\nCommitted to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.\nPreferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification\nFluent in English & Spanish*\nAbility to work with computers\nMust follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand for long periods\nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays\nExpected Behaviors:\nBe Service OBSESSED\nFriendly, welcoming attitude / Models customer orientation for other employees\nAnticipates and prevents problems with a proactive attitude\nEnergetic Team Leader\nMust have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with others\nSense of urgency\nAttention to details\nProactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant\n\nPay Range: Starting from USD $18.00/Hr.
