At Sevan, we provide the talent, technology, and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi-site construction.The Project Executive, Civil, Zoning, & Permitting (CZP) works as part of our engineering and development teams, managing programs consisting of multiple projects for our multi-site clients. This role is intended to provide dedicated focus to the project planning, zoning, and permitting processes. This includes defining a statement of work, zoning regulations, bulk regulations, use regulations, architectural regulations, and sign regulations for a particular project or program. This role requires the ability to face and communicate effectively with clients and direct and manage employees.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDirects and manages employees assigned to projects to ensure goals are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budget parameters.Prepares and/or assists the Operations Director with project proposals, plans, and strategies, specifying goals, timelines, budget limitations, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.Directs and coordinates the activities of the project team to ensure success through monitoring processes, progress, client satisfaction, team effectiveness, employee development, financial goals, quality, and schedules.Oversees the development of estimates for material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.Sources and manages contractors, vendors, and third-party providers as required for project success.Manages client programs to forecast and achieve profit targets.Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors to develop new opportunities.Identifies opportunities to increase support or services and introduce new technology solutions to clients.Represents the company in project meetings, ensuring positive client referrals and satisfaction.Evaluate monthly program financial performance.Manages risk in accordance with company guidelines and proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risks.Negotiates contracts with customers or bidders, award and administer contracts, including final approval of payments and requests for amendments or extensions.Encourages employee growth through mentoring and managing development plans.Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.Reviews status reports prepared by the project team and modifies schedules and plans as required.Performs additional tasks as needed to support project and company success.QualificationsMinimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or minimum of fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated mastery in the skills of project management.Experience in multi-site projects required.The ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.Makes persuasive presentations on complex topics and respond to questions from management, public groups, clients and/or customers.Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Articulates complex ideas and positions in a clear and concise manner.This is a remote-based role with recurring travel to project locations.Culture, Leadership and Employee DevelopmentExemplifies and promotes our values of integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence, and charity.Embrace key Sevan-wide initiatives, like Safety and Sustainability.Communicates our vision and purpose through Service, Talent, and Choices.Serves as a role model and promotes professional behavior.Participates in personal career development through on-the-job training, attends training programs.Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
