Design turbo expander per project specifications using SolidWorks in PLM/PDM managed system.\nPerform Rotor-dynamics analysis\nPerform structural analysis of various components, including Modal and harmonic analysis.\nSpecify appropriately sized hardware such as fasteners, o-rings, etc.\nPrepare and verify detailed drawings for proper dimensions and tolerances.\nPerform duties of test engineer\nTest set up-Instrumentation readouts\nYour Experience Should Be... Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)\n5+ years of experience in air/gas handling, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial environments\nStrong understanding of engineering calculations, drawings, and bills of material\nFamiliarity with industry standards (ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, MIL, SAE)\nProficient in engineering software (Creo, ANSYS, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office tools\nKnowledge of heavy industrial fabrication, welding standards, and mechanical systems (lubrication, cooling, gas lines)\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities\nStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently\nDesired skills, knowledge and behaviors:\nProficiency in MS Excel and 2D/3D CAD software\nExperience with ERP systems and lean manufacturing practices\nExposure to computer programming and continuous improvement initiatives\nAdvanced degree or Professional Engineering license (or ability to obtain one)\nOur Benefits Package...
