Designed by internationally acclaimed architects, the Center’s campus includes the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, Annette Strauss Square.Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Operations & Technology, the Marketing Technology Associate Manager will lead execution of email marketing programs, website content management, ticket-purchase-path accuracy, marketing automations, analytics, and emerging AI-driven marketing capabilities. This role helps ensure patrons receive a seamless and engaging digital experience across all platforms while driving continuous improvements to our marketing technology ecosystem and operating practices.This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills who works seamlessly and efficiently with AT&T Performing Arts Center staff and end users of the facilities. Essential skills include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Must be a self-starter and work autonomously using independent judgment. A positive attitude towards the position and the Center’s Core Values is imperative.Position Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)Channel Leadership — EmailBuild, schedule, test, and deploy all email campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, automated journeys, and transactional emailsOwn the email roadmap, calendar, and KPIs; align with programming and revenue goalsSet segmentation strategy, automation logic, and personalization rulesOversee QA, rendering tests, and deliverability standardsMonitor key metrics and lead optimization effortsDrive audience growth through onsite capture, co-promotions, and digital acquisitionEnsure compliance with CAN-SPAM, SPF, DKIM, and DMARCWeb & Ticketing ExperienceManage website content updates in WordPress; ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistent UXSupport web governance and assist in prioritizing enhancements with external developersEnsure ticketing purchase paths remain accurate and functional; escalate issues promptlyAssist with SEO/GEO optimizationMartech & Platform GovernanceSupport the Director in managing marketing platforms (email, CRM, CMS) and identifying operational needsAssist with tool evaluations, integrations, and workflow improvementsMaintain documentation, process guides, and platform best practicesMonitor data hygiene and collaborate with IT and ticketing teams to resolve issuesSupport vendor communication and test deliverablesProvide staff training on new features and workflow updatesAssist with usage tracking and renewal monitoringAI & Marketing InnovationUse AI-enabled platform features to improve message relevance and timingRecommend practical AI applications for targeting and personalizationTrack outcomes of AI-assisted initiatives and share learningsCross-Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementSupport intake, scoping, and prioritization of digital requestsCoordinate with Programming, Ticketing, IT, and external partners; communicate timelines clearlyAssist in setting expectations, tracking risks, and supporting QAMeasurement & OptimizationHelp develop dashboards and scorecards with the Data AnalystIdentify trends, propose experiments, and support implementation of optimizationsOther duties as assignedRequirementsRequirementsEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar; 3–5 years of experience in digital, email, or marketing technology rolesHands-on experience with email platforms and CRMs; Tessitura strongly preferredProficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4); familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plusWorking knowledge of e-mail deliverability, authentication standards, and complianceExperience supporting cross-functional projects and external vendorsStrong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts effectivelyExcellent organization and time-management skillsAvailability for occasional evening/weekend support as neededProficiency in Microsoft 365 required; Adobe Creative Suite a plusAppreciation for the performing arts is preferredThis job description is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
