Browse real-time posts of free items near you and claim what you love before someone else does.THE ROLEWe're looking for a trend-savvy NYC-based college student with a passion for content and community to help build Stoopi's presence on TikTok and Instagram. Work directly with the founding team of a NYC-based startup and add founding team experience to your resume. Expect around 10-15 hours a week with flexibility on when and how you work.WHAT YOU'LL DOResponsible for concept ideation, creation, editing, and posting of one short-form video per day across TikTok and Instagram, with support from the teamAppear both in front of and behind the camera, including street interviews and on-the-ground content in NYCA/B test both promoted and organic content, and use analytics tools to identify what works and optimize the strategy accordinglyConsistently post trend-driven content to grow Stoopi's user base as fast as possibleEngage with our early community by responding to comments, reposting finds, and building Stoopi's brand voiceShare weekly performance insights and recommendations with the founding teamQUALIFICATIONSCurrently enrolled in a college or university program; Digital Marketing majors strongly preferredExperience running a personal or brand social media account and creating short-form video content strongly preferredA portfolio of your work, whether a personal account, a brand you've managed, or a relevant creative class projectStrong eye for trends and an instinct for what makes content stop the scrollExtroverted and comfortable on camera, whether filming yourself or engaging with strangers on the streetHighly organized and rigorous about meeting deadlines and sticking to a posting scheduleSelf-directed and comfortable working independently with a small, early-stage teamWHAT YOU GETFlat compensation plus the potential for additional performance-based bonuses Founding team startup experience to add to your resumeFully remote and flexible schedule.
