You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable and become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers and staff to provide the best level of service possible.What We Offer Our Employees Training rate of $18.00 per hour. Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commission. Performance based with no cap on earnings. Guaranteed hourly rate. Incentives Quarterly bonus programs. Full-time position (30-40 hours per week) Part-time position (less than 30 hours, scheduling flexibility)Requirements Minimum of one year in fashion retail, required At least one year of work experience involving cash handling, requiredKey Responsibilities Opening and closing duties Store merchandising Store cleanliness and basic maintenance Maintaining a high level of personal sales, setting the pace on the sales floor. Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary Inventory management Processing and reporting sales transactions Assist the manager with employee training and development.
