This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of our company through excellent communication and organizational skills.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nGreet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner\r\nAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly\r\nSchedule client consultations, meetings, and attorney appointments\r\nManage conference room calendars and ensure meeting spaces are prepared\r\nEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information\r\nProvide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area\r\nMaintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic\r\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail, legal documents, and courier deliveries\r\nAssist with document preparation, formatting, and filing (including court filings when needed)\r\nQualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)\r\nPrior experience in a legal office or administrative role is highly preferred\r\nFamiliarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software systems\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\r\nSkills & Competencies\r\nProfessional demeanor and client service focus\r\nAttention to detail and accuracy\r\nTime management and prioritization skills\r\nDiscretion and confidentiality\r\nStrong interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to follow instructions and work independently\r\nWork Environment\r\nOffice setting within a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services organization\r\nRegular interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel\r\nMay involve occasional urgent or time-sensitive tasks\r\nThe Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
