This position serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME), providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and advanced business systems analysis in support of organizational objectives.\nResponsibilities\n\nTypical Responsibilities/Tasks:\n\nLead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications.\nServe as the senior technical lead for assigned business applications and application portfolios.\nProvide strategic recommendations regarding application modernization, optimization, and lifecycle\nmanagement.\n\nEvaluate new technologies and software solutions to improve business operations.\nDevelop long-term application roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.\nEnsure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.\nLead application implementation, upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.\nCoordinate software releases, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.\nOversee system integration efforts involving internal and third-party applications.\nServe as the senior technical advisor for application architecture and support.\nMentor and provide technical leadership to Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel.\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects.\nExtensive experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration.\nDesired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree\nExperience supporting Federal Government agencies, particularly DHS or USCIS.\nExperience supporting enterprise platforms such as: ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce,\nSharePoint Online, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\n\nAbout PingWind\nPingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government.
