In this role, you will partner closely with the hiring managers to source and recruit early career talent for their respective offices.\n\nWhat you will do:\nCoordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.)\nKeep up to date with candidates who apply in ADP.\nPhone screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.\nSchedule interviews for hiring managers.\nSource and screen candidates from ADP as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.)\nCo-lead the Summer Intern Program.\nFacilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers.\nResearch and report on different University programs as well as market, maintain and establish our brand on campus.\nExtend offers to intern and full-time college candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package.\nCreate job postings and post them online to include the college and universities.\nPrepare and ensure the accuracy of all offer letters.\nAssist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials.\nCollaborate with HR team to carry out streamlined onboarding process.\nDeveloper deeper relationships with college and universities.\nWhat it takes to be successful:\nA strong and clear communicator: This individual will be responsible for communicating with internal/external clients via verbal and written communication as well as presenting, training and relationship building.\nConfident and influential: This individual will be expected to know their craft and deliver on their responsibilities and recommendations through their confidence and influencing skills.\nA problem solver and critical thinker: This role requires someone who can use professional judgement to solve problems with limited daily supervision by using critical thinking skills and a fresh perspective.\nGreat attention to detail and accuracy.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a group.\nExcellent problem-solving capabilities.\nPerceptive listening skills.\nComprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.\nAdept at using applicant tracking system software.\nHigh degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality\n\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s Degree in relevant field.\n3+ years of relevant work experience (agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred)\nProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.\nAbility to travel (approximately 25% annually).\nPeak college campus travel seasons include September-October and February-March.\nPositive attitude!\nTeam player!\nThis job description is intended to provide information regarding the essential functions and basic duties of this position.
