Experienced Administrative Assistant
Our school and synagogue in Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to serve as our Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in an office setting, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A high level of organization and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment are crucial. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Rabbi, Director, and School Principal.

Proofreading Documents
Filing and organizing records
Creating digital fliers and documents
Scheduling appointments
Providing administrative support as needed
Assisting in the organization of events
