Experienced Administrative Assistant

Our school and synagogue in Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to serve as our Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in an office setting, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A high level of organization and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment are crucial. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Rabbi, Director, and School Principal. Key Responsibilities: Proofreading Documents Filing and organizing records Creating digital fliers and documents Scheduling appointments Providing administrative support as needed Assisting in the organization of events Professional Attributes: As “the gatekeeper,” be approachable, confident, warm, and yet assertive Strong customer service skills Ability to greet guests and set a positive culture Ability to remain calm and effective during busy times
