Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a long-term infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works, while progressing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a "right first time" culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of worksProduce and monitor construction programmes and progress reportsManage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the projectLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth deliveryWork closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risksLead on health, safety, environment, and quality complianceReview and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentationCollaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet key milestonesEnsure efficient and high-quality handover of completed worksAbout YouDegree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Previous experience as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer, or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructureStrong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive mindsetSMSTS & CSCS certificationFull UK driving licenceWhy Apply?Long-term, stable project with career progression opportunitiesExposure to major infrastructure worksOpportunity to take real ownership and grow into senior rolesJoin a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of workIf you're looking for a role where you can develop, lead, and make a lasting impact, apply with your CV ASAP!
