We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front of House team member to join our team. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, willing to learn and enjoys providing top-notch customer service to our guests. Candidates must have restaurant experience, knife handling skills, and general customer service experience. Responsibilities: Taking orders accurately and entering them into the POS system Processing payments and making changes accurately Serving food and drinks in a timely manner Ensuring guests are having an exceptional dining experience and answering any questions guests might have about the menu Understanding how to up-sale and recommend menu items to guests who need assistance Greeting guests warmly and building relationships with them Checking on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meal and addressing any concerns they might have Assist with cleaning and any cleaning duties that need to be completed Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure we are following proper sanitary protocol Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Referral program Shift: 8 hour shift Evening shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
