In this role, you will:\r\nBuild and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned leadership teams.\r\nPartner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and talent attraction and retention.\r\nTranslate business strategies and competitive insights into effective talent and workforce plans.\r\nSupport workforce and succession planning through data-driven insights and tools.\r\nEnsure effective performance management, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions.\r\nCollaborate with Global Human Resources Centers of Expertise to deliver best-fit talent solutions.\r\nSupport compensation reviews by evaluating job requirements, responsibilities, and competencies.\r\nCoach managers to ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines, and employment laws.\r\nDrive innovation and continuous improvement in Human Resources processes and systems.\r\nChampion inclusion, diversity, and collaboration across teams and geographies.\r\nRequired Qualifications That Enable Your SuccessBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.\r\n5+ years of Human Resources business partnering experience.\r\nExperience supporting medium-to-large or global organizations.\r\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.\r\nExpert knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and processes.\r\nProven experience coaching and partnering with experienced leaders.\r\nAbility to use data and analytics to inform business decisions.\r\nPreferred Qualifications That Drive You ForwardExperience leading or supporting change initiatives in fast-paced environments.\r\nDemonstrated success implementing Human Resources process improvements.\r\nYour Work EnvironmentRoleAt Lubrizol, we’re committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where you can do your best work—whether in a lab, on the production floor, or in a hybrid office setting.
