Team members join a company that values teamwork, quality, and guest-focused service.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Mcdonough Ga. Crew Members work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing and assembling chicken finger meals, cooking to standard, and ensuring food quality and safety guidelines are consistently followed. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking guest orders, operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and providing friendly, efficient service in the dining room and at the drive-thru. Crew Members also support restaurant cleanliness by maintaining dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and workstations, including regular cleaning, stocking, and organizing supplies. The role requires collaborating with team members and leaders, following established procedures, and contributing to a positive, respectful work environment.Qualifications Customer service skills, including clear communication, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a focus on creating positive guest experiences.Basic food-handling and kitchen skills, such as following recipes, adhering to food safety guidelines, and working safely with kitchen equipment.Teamwork and collaboration abilities, including reliability, respect for others, and willingness to assist team members during busy periods.Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple orders, maintain cleanliness, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items as needed, and work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Prior restaurant or retail experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or current enrollment in high school.Commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and support for an inclusive, harassment-free workplace.
