Description: We are looking for a motivated Server who can efficiently complete tasks like taking orders, answering menu questions, serving food to guests, handling payment transactions, and cleaning tables. A high level of interpersonal skills and a strong interest in guest satisfaction is ideal. Server Responsibilities Take food and drink orders with accuracy while engaging with customers in a friendly manner Thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu in order to answer questions and make proper recommendations Be attentive to the needs and satisfaction of every customer and correct any problems Collect payments and understand how to split bills in a variety of ways Cross-sell and up-sell dessert or drink items as appropriate Benefits Include: Full time employees will be offered Health Insurance after their 90 day waiting period Full time employees will be offered a 401k match (after 1 year of employment) Servers/hosts/combos receive 50% all food items while on duty.
