If you thrive in dynamic environments and are looking for a rewarding career where your expertise makes an impact, we want to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do:\nCrane Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and crawler cranes, as per project requirements.\nLoad Management: Properly inspect and secure loads before lifting to ensure stability and prevent accidents or damage to materials and equipment.\nSite Setup: Assist in setting up the crane, including leveling and securing it, and ensuring its stability and safety.\nCommunication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the construction team, supervisors, and signal persons to ensure safe and accurate crane movements.\nSafety Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.\nEquipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the crane and associated equipment, identifying and reporting any faults or issues for timely repairs and maintenance.\nRigging: Skillfully rig and de-rig loads, employing appropriate equipment and techniques to handle various materials safely.\nLift Planning: Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to plan and execute lifts, considering factors such as weight, dimensions, reach, and site conditions.\nWeather Awareness: Stay vigilant about changing weather conditions and their potential impact on crane operations, taking necessary precautions to ensure safety.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of daily crane activities, including lift logs, inspections, and maintenance records.\nTraining: Keep up-to-date with the latest crane operation techniques, safety guidelines, and certifications, attending relevant training programs as required.\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\nValid and current Crane Operator certification/license.\nNCCCO Certified or willing to take the course to become certified.\nHave a CDL driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively on short notice.\nProven experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry.\nIn-depth knowledge of crane operation techniques, familiar with 300-ton cranes, rigging procedures, and load management.\nStrong understanding of safety protocols and best practices for crane operations.\nAbility to interpret lift plans, blueprints, and specifications.\nExcellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written.\nPhysical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to precision and safety.\nPunctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here:\nWe care about your well-being, which is why we offer health benefits after 60 days to support your health\nExclusive Employee Travel and Entertainment Perks\nRetirement Plan: IRA plan available after one year to help you plan for your future.
