We are seeking engineers who wish to grow their careers and want to become part of a technically strong and growth-oriented company focused on bringing innovative solutions to the difficult mission problems facing our customers.DescriptionWe are seeking an Application Engineer to be part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.An experienced engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern development pipelines for web applications built with React/Angular and Python-based backendsFocus on enabling fast, reliable, and secure delivery across different environments to include test, staging and production using containerized workflows and automated pipelinesWork closely with front-end and back-end team to streamline deploymentsBuild scalable pipelines for frontend (React/Angular) and backend (Python)Implement automated build, test, and deployment workflowsManage deployment strategies across different environmentsDesign and manage continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD) with AWS servicesIntegrate unit, integration and end to end testing into pipelinesEnable fast, reproducible developer environments utilizing RHEL-based systemsImplement pipeline observability (logs, metrics, alerts)Troubleshoot build/deployment issues across environmentsSupport secure and compliant deployments in regulated environmentsThis position may allow for partial telework.ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
