Sign FabricatorFASTSIGNS Independence is seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality custom signage including channel letters, light boxes, and directional aluminum signs. If you have proven experience in the sign industry and strong CNC fabrication skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Fabricate a wide range of signage including channel letters, lighted signs, aluminum panels, dimensional letters, and moreOperate CNC routers, and other shop equipment to cut and assemble sign components accuratelyRead and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsHandle electrical wiring for illuminated signs (LED modules, power supplies)Prepare and assemble sign frames, faces, and structuresFinish signs with paint, vinyl application, and other detailing methodsMaintain shop equipment and tools to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with the design and installation teams to meet project timelines and quality standardsRequirements:Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in sign fabricationCNC machine operation experience (CNC, router, or similar equipment)Knowledge of sign materials such as aluminum, acrylic, PVC, ACM, and vinylAbility to measure, cut, weld, and assemble components with precisionUnderstanding of UL requirements and basic electrical wiring for illuminated signsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanshipAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced production environmentTeam player with strong communication skillsPreferred Skills:Welding experienceExperience with channel letter benders and metal brakesKnowledge of sign painting and finishing techniquesFamiliarity with software for CNC routing and sign fabricationWhy Join FASTSIGNS Independence:Opportunities for overtime and advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentWork on diverse, creative signage projects for well-known brandsCompensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
